About the Role
Huckleberry is looking for a Marketing Manager, Web CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). The Marketing Manager, Web (CRO) will help drive conversions (app downloads, email sign ups, purchases) from our website. The ideal candidate will have a passion for conversion rate optimization and a strong understanding of how to connect user intention, brand editorial content and product solutions. The Marketing Manager, Web (CRO)'s key responsibilities include developing and executing A/B testing strategies, collaborating with product and marketing teams, and staying at the forefront of CRO best practices. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Content and Lifecycle Marketing, and work closely with our Brand Editorial and Lifecycle Marketing teams with the potential to work with more marketing verticals as we expand our initiatives.
Responsibilities
Experimentation: Writing experiment plans, determining metrics, and designing tests.
Collaboration: Working with colleagues in marketing, product, and design.
Content creation: Influencing content creation to ensure high ROI.
Data analysis: Using data and digital tools to collect and interpret data on user behavior, marketing metrics, and customer journeys for optimization opportunities.
Testing: Running CRO programs from scratch, concept to completion to read out of results with next steps.
Project management: Project managing tests, while building repeatable, consistent processes and best practices for test execution.
Leading and supporting: The training and development of web/funnel optimization and A/B testing standards.
Staying updated: On industry trends and best practices to ensure our content marketing experiences and CRO strategies remain relevant, innovative, and competitive.
Requirements
4+ years experience in Content Marketing, Communications, Lead Generation, or similar field.
Experience with testing platforms.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience collaborating with and briefing in support agencies/teams and working with creative teams to develop creative assets.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Strong writing skills with a lens toward product positioning and placement.
Nice to have
Experience with the following platforms or similar: Contentful, Intellimize/Webflow, Unbounce, Amplitude, Google Analytics
Experience in the parenting/family wellness sector
