Job Details
Payments & Legal Support:
- Legal assistance with agreements and onboarding for payment and crypto providers
- Support in opening bank and EMI accounts
- KYC checks for company officers (directors, shareholders, beneficiaries)
- Drafting responses to KYC requests
- Keeping KYC docs updated
- Maintaining internal trackers and documentation (e.g., agreement status, policies)
- Liaising with local agents on contract-related matters
Product Compliance:
- Ensuring product compliance with licensing requirements and international online iGaming regulations
- Drafting and updating internal policies (AML, KYC, Data Protection, T&Cs, etc.)
- Conducting audits to identify compliance gaps
- Working with Product team to fix them
- Coordinating with regulators for license management
- Supporting Product team with regulatory inquiries
