We are seeking a National Account Executive to join our Commercial team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key customer relationships.
- Drive sales growth.
- Ensure products are optimally positioned in retail and food service sectors.
- Achieve volume, value & profit targets.
- Be customer point of contact for brand & private label business development.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Category to develop and execute a multi-year channel-specific plan for profitable share growth.
- Support and facilitate SNAM and NAMs.
- Develop and nurture key account relationships, improve customer engagement, and maintain a clear contact strategy.
- Drive improvements in AGS survey results.
- Collaborate with R&D, Technical & Operations.
- Deliver shopper marketing execution adhering to 4P standards.
- Collaborate with NAMs to ensure customer relationships are connected.
- Input into UK Customer Business Planning & Spend.
- Understand customer needs and link company proposals to meet those needs.
- Identify and qualify negotiation variables and possibilities.
- Adopt a learning approach to development.
- Have a basic understanding of customer, channel, and market.
- Demonstrate understanding of key POP initiatives.
- Deliver forecasting accuracy.
- Achieve top line growth exceeding market.
- Execute distribution and display objectives.
