Job SummaryPay Range $130,000 — $170,000
This position establishes new Farm, Ranch, and Agricultural accounts. Targeted customers are Farm, Ranch, and Agriculture Distributors, Dealers, and Buying Groups in North America.
The role includes establishing strategic business partnerships with agricultural fence installers, farm and ranch property managers, and commercial farm and ranch owners/managers.
Also, grow existing customer relationships and expand product portfolios throughout the assigned business channel.
Principle Responsibilities
- Manages the sales planning function, designing, developing, and implementing tools and procedures to utilize resources in the sales process.
- Serves as a point of contact for Distributors, Dealers, and Buying groups to cultivate new business relationships.
- Establishes product expertise internally and externally, driving new product opportunities to the Product Management team.
- Applies Company vision and strategies to potential sales channels and develops growth opportunities.
- Develops systems to forecast revenue, unit demands, and order flow.
- Creates processes to monitor and predict seasonal order index movement using established metrics and programs.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discounts.
- Develops and maintains customer program documentation and conducts margin analysis.
- Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items.
- Represents the Company at trade shows and industry events.
- Analyzes and controls division expenditures to meet budgetary requirements.
- Develops and delivers sales presentations, manages relationships at new and existing accounts, including customer product line reviews (PLRs).
- Manages customer online presence, product mix, and content development strategy.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
- Minimum ten years of Account sales experience.
- Farm, Ranch, and Agriculture Sales experience.
- Regional Home Center or Hardware Chain experience.
