National Account Manager for Lowe's
Oversee the Lowe’s Partnership, achieving sales revenue and margin targets, managing expenses within budget. Drive sales growth through:
- Maintaining and expanding existing business
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (brick-and-mortar & online)
- Pursuing new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve & exceed quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales/profitability targets for the Lowe’s business.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with key influencers at Lowe’s.
- Act as liaison between FBIN Security & Lowe’s, collaborating across Sales, Product, Channel, RGM, Operations, Marketing, & Finance.
- Assist in planning, creating, & delivering product line review presentations for each product category.
- Optimize product transition costs (markdowns, buybacks, displays, returns, logistics).
- Communicate initiatives impacting forecast, participating in monthly forecast meetings.
- Gain insights into competitors’ strategies (pricing, merchandising, new products) using store visits, data resources, & networking.
- Serve as a resource for information on key customer initiatives.
- Manage category-wide initiatives & rollouts, coordinating with Lowe’s MST & independent agencies.
- Apply financial knowledge to achieve favorable outcomes and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years selling to large retail accounts (Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, etc.)
- Strong preference for consumer durables, FMCG, or building materials background
- Knowledge of POS metrics & using data to grow sales
- Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and opening new accounts
- Ability/desire to manage business unit, cross-functional projects.
Compensation:
- Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $126,500 USD.
- Annual bonus plan or role-based sales incentive plan.
