National Account Manager for Lowe's

Oversee the Lowe’s Partnership, achieving sales revenue and margin targets, managing expenses within budget. Drive sales growth through:

  • Maintaining and expanding existing business
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (brick-and-mortar & online)
  • Pursuing new business opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve & exceed quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales/profitability targets for the Lowe’s business.
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with key influencers at Lowe’s.
  • Act as liaison between FBIN Security & Lowe’s, collaborating across Sales, Product, Channel, RGM, Operations, Marketing, & Finance.
  • Assist in planning, creating, & delivering product line review presentations for each product category.
  • Optimize product transition costs (markdowns, buybacks, displays, returns, logistics).
  • Communicate initiatives impacting forecast, participating in monthly forecast meetings.
  • Gain insights into competitors’ strategies (pricing, merchandising, new products) using store visits, data resources, & networking.
  • Serve as a resource for information on key customer initiatives.
  • Manage category-wide initiatives & rollouts, coordinating with Lowe’s MST & independent agencies.
  • Apply financial knowledge to achieve favorable outcomes and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years selling to large retail accounts (Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, etc.)
  • Strong preference for consumer durables, FMCG, or building materials background
  • Knowledge of POS metrics & using data to grow sales
  • Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and opening new accounts
  • Ability/desire to manage business unit, cross-functional projects.

Compensation:

  • Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $126,500 USD.
  • Annual bonus plan or role-based sales incentive plan.
