National Account Manager for our Larson brand.
Oversee partnership with major retail account (Lowe's) focusing on in-store assortment, messaging, and alignment with outside sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Managing in-store merchandising
- Training initiatives
- Promotional planning
- Category management
- Lead contact for Larson Storm Doors, in-store and e-commerce business
- Develop key contacts and strong customer relationships within Lowe’s
- Identify growth opportunities and drive incremental revenue
- Monthly collaboration with cross-functional planning teams for 12-month SKU unit forecast
- Develop and implement tactical operating plans and budgets
- Manage T&E and financial account responsibilities
- Comfortable with challenging conversations with customers (price improvement, program requirements)
Qualifications:
- 4+ years sales experience calling on Lowe’s or Home Depot (building products industry preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Basic project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of growing sales and driving results
- 2+ years national account management experience
- Knowledge of wholesale and retail experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales
- Knowledge of pull-thru programs, builder relationships, and multi-step distribution
Compensation:
$90,000 - $113,000 USD (base salary)
Bonus potential and other benefits.
Location: Remote, based in Charlotte or Mooresville, NC
