Full-Time National Director, Field Marketing

Exciting opportunity at our corporate office in Bloomington, MN.

The National Director, Field Marketing, develops and executes marketing initiatives to support franchisees' same-store sales, profit, and brand goals.

Key Accountabilities:

• Field Marketing Strategy & Plan Development: Build and scale strategic plan, roadmap, and execution to increase sales & profits; create annual localized marketing plan, including CMNH fundraising.
• Local Store Marketing: Enhance tools for local efforts; provide geofenced digital marketing, coupon marketing, print on demand solutions, social media assets, and fundraising tools. Analyze markets needing support, offer trade area surveys, root cause analysis.
• Brand Initiative Communication: Collaborate with Operations to meet sales goals, create integrated business plans; provide business and financial analysis (comp sales, trends) to stakeholders.
• Management of Field Marketing Professionals: Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members; establish clear direction, monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback; develop, coach, mentor and recognize contributions

Education & Experience:

• BA/BS in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years progressively responsible marketing experience, with field marketing experience
• Experience managing a field-based marketing team (preferred)

Travel: 25-30% required

Compensation: $141,411 - $176,764 (base salary, bonus eligible)
