We are seeking an Account Manager to enhance our brand's impact in Avery Dennison's grass roots NCAA & Team Dealer channel. As an Account Manager, you will leverage your knowledge, and strategic mindset to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:
- Understand and influence customer's business models and objectives to ensure their success.
- Oversee the product development process from customer briefing to final approval, deployment, and order acceptance.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process.
- Resolve complex issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
- Strong experience in prospecting, social selling, and customer outreach.
- Participate in store audits, lead customer meetings, and maintain account planners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product innovations.
- Collaborate across different teams to support sales growth and product development initiatives.
- Mentor and guide Associate Brand Managers.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Minimum 7+ years experience in team sports & licensed team sports sales
- Proven customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of U.S./Canada team sports calendar & landscape as well as NCAA NIL market
- Proficiency in technical and digital skills, including use of Google Suite, ERP (Oracle preferred), pricing tools, product/customer databases.
- Proven record of success in team sports sales both in retail and on field/ice/pitch/court
- Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of heat transfers, twill, patches, badges and external embellishments
- Flexible attitude with an eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within a global Fortune 500 organization.
