We are looking for a New Business Development Manager to expand new business opportunities on the West Coast and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

- New Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
- New Client Management: Build relationships with potential clients to align services with their goals.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling.
- RFPs/Proposals: Ensure client satisfaction through strategic proposal development.
- Implement lead generation tactics, including market research and networking.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Engage in company decisions and strategy development.
- Collaborate with clients to identify upselling opportunities.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
- Experience within the automation Industry (asset).
- Post-secondary education in Engineering (preferred).
- Skills: leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, analytical skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible with travel (up to 50% across North America).
