The New Logo Account Executive is a pivotal role ensuring ServiceNow's continued growth. You'll identify new business by targeting prospective accounts to close initial opportunities and convert prospects to customers.
By understanding customer challenges and goals, you'll pair them with solutions to help them reach their objectives.
You play a critical part in our "DESCO21" go-to-market strategy, and will be set up for success in a fast-paced, collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic territory planning: Develop and maintain a target new account pipeline.
- Sales strategies: Create effective account plans for maximizing new revenue growth, leveraging partner networks and customer relationships.
- Creative marketing and prospecting: Cultivate awareness of the ServiceNow vision with targeted campaigns.
- Customer Acumen: Understand customer strategic plans, technology footprint, internal challenges and competitive landscape.
- Advance and close sales opportunities: Execute sales strategy and roadmap.
- Account Transition: Orchestrate account transition to Account Management team.
- Net New Revenue: Execute on new business revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of new logo sales experience (IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in territory strategy, planning and execution.
- Ability to understand broad business IT needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to lead a matrix team.
- Proven perseverance to find new creative paths.
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of quota-carrying experience in technology sales.
- Strong sales strategy skills and prospecting experience.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions.
- Accurate territory forecasting using sales tools and analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Native Greek speaker.
- Availability to travel extensively to Greece.
