The New Logo Enterprise Account Executive is a pivotal role to ensuring ServiceNow’s continued growth. You'll identify new business by strategically navigating targeted accounts to close initial opportunities and convert prospects to customers.
By understanding customer challenges and goals, you'll pair them with solutions to help them reach their objectives.
You play a critical part in the "DESCO21" go-to-market strategy, in a fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
You are a self-starter and innovator. Establish relationships with defined accounts to achieve net new revenue growth targets.
Leverage analytics, case studies, and market intelligence to create territory plans and target account strategies.
Sell the value and long-term ROI of industry-leading solutions, leveraging your extended sales team and partner ecosystem.
Post-sale, orchestrate account transition to the Account Management team, focusing on net new logo accounts.
What you'll do:
- Strategic territory planning: Plan and maintain a target new account pipeline.
- Sales strategies: Develop account plans to maximize revenue growth, leverage partner networks.
- Creative marketing & prospecting: Cultivate awareness of ServiceNow's vision, execute targeted campaigns.
- Customer Acumen: Understand customer strategic plans, technology footprint, challenges, and competitive landscape. Stay updated on industry trends.
- Advance and close sales opportunities: Successfully execute sales strategies and roadmap.
- Account Transition: Orchestrate account transition to Account Management.
- Net New Revenue: Execute new business revenue goals.
To be successful, you need:
- Experience integrating AI into work processes.
- Proven track record of new logo sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations) and/or Management Consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in territory strategy, planning, and sales execution with measurable wins.
- Ability to understand broad business IT needs.
- Ability to break down complex sales processes into discrete activities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to inspire and lead a matrix team.
- Perseverance, resilience, and savvy to find creative paths.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience, penetrating net new accounts within a territory.
- Strong sales strategy skills, experience prospecting & bringing in new business.
- Experience selling various SaaS solutions across all lines of business.
- Experience in keeping accurate forecast and utilizing sales tools & analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quota.
Compensation: $134,880 - $222,600 base pay + equity (if applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
