The Operational Excellence Coach leads Lean transformations, implementing QAD Redzone software and coaching. Works with Food & Beverage, CPG, and General Manufacturing industries.Must be based in the UK.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Coaches 5-7 customers at a time
- Trains customers on Redzone software
- Facilitates shop-floor Huddles
- Tracks performance data
- Leads process improvement
- Manages project schedules
- Delivers executive overviews
- Troubleshoots technical issues
- Fluent in English
- Senior Operations Leadership experience
- OEE practice
- Strong relationship skills
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
