Transworld Business Advisors is seeking a dynamic Operations Advisor to support franchise offices across the West Coast and Internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Franchise Office Launch Support: Travel to new franchise locations, assist with appointments, advise on office setup and operations, guide marketing.
- Ongoing Franchise Support: Visit offices, review financials, offer assistance.
- Training & Systems Enablement: Train franchisees on systems, CRM tools, and sales process.
- Field Insights & Collaboration: Report field observations, participate in projects.
- Team Engagement: Represent Transworld at events.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 4 years of professional sales experience.
- Experience in business brokerage, sales, or real estate preferred.
- Strong financial literacy and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with MS Office, CRM platforms, and accounting software.
- Valid driver’s license, passport, reliable transportation, and credit card.
