We are solving real-world problems leveraging robotics, machine learning and computer vision.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end market launch planning.
- Manage logistics for robot deliveries.
- Coordinate onsite activities during pre-launch.
- Track and maintain documentation.
- Own pre-launch checklists.
- Ensure vendors and contractors meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Travel to launch markets to support launch-week operations (approx. 25% travel).
- Support ongoing expansion of neighborhoods post-launch.
- Help update and maintain internal project management tools.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in operations, logistics, field support, or project coordination.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working with vendors and managing site-level logistics.
- Clear and proactive communicator.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Jira, Asana, or Airtable is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and be hands-on during launch windows.
