As an Operations Manager at Firstbase, you'll ensure the smooth running of day-to-day processes within our Finance Product team. Your focus will be on internal efficiency, operational excellence, and creating a streamlined customer experience through proactive management and continuous improvement.

What you will do
As an Operations Manager at Firstbase, you'll ensure the smooth running of day-to-day processes within our Finance Product team. Your focus will be on internal efficiency, operational excellence, and creating a streamlined customer experience through proactive management and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and optimize internal operational procedures
- Establish and monitor operational standards
- Manage relationships with external partners and service providers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations and complex customer queries
- Identify opportunities for operational enhancements
- Provide operational support during high-volume periods
You should meet the following requirements
- Be based in a LatAm country
- At least 3 years of experience managing business operations, customer operations, or internal processes
- Experience developing and optimizing operational workflows
- Proven track record managing and resolving customer and stakeholder issues
- Excellent ability to coordinate multiple tasks, stakeholders, and priorities effectively
- Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions
- Proficiency in English is essential
