Grantek Systems Integration is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and exceptional client service.
This role is hands-on throughout the project lifecycle, including sales, execution, and management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams.
- Drive outstanding customer experiences.
- Support proposal development.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop direct reports.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Engage in strategic planning.
- Travel up to 10% outside the district.
- At least 8 years of experience in operations or sales within a technical or engineering-driven industry.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMM), sales processes, and engineering design principles.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Business acumen with the ability to think strategically and take calculated risks.
- Experience managing small to mid-sized teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and efficiency.
- Strong adaptability, organization, and results-driven approach.
