Full-Time Operations Manager - Fulfilment

Fulfilment Operations Manager will support daily Pharmacy Operations and manage pharmacy partner inventory at Montu.

Responsibilities:

1. Support GM - Pharmacy Operations and assigned projects.
2. Create project plans, timelines, and milestones; support Head of Logistics and Supply Chain, and Project Owners.
3. Lead and coordinate project activities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
7. Create and maintain project documentation.
8. Oversee and maintain inventory levels at partner sites, ensuring optimal safety stock.
9. Oversee and maintain consumable stock levels.
10. Develop and implement inventory control procedures for receiving, storage, and order fulfilment.
11. Analyze data and market trends to improve processes and costs across all sites.
12. Review and document existing processes, identify streamlining opportunities, implement best practices, and make improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Understanding of TGA and relevant regulatory bodies rules and regulations for prescribing Medical Cannabis.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
