Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of domestic accounts from order receipt to shipment.
Interfaces with internal business partners to ensure orders meet customer fill rate and on-time requirements.
Communicates with external and internal customers, acting as a liaison for problem-solving, research, and disputes/resolutions.
- Responsibilities:
- Administers the order fulfillment process from receipt to shipment, including monitoring production schedules, reviewing inventory levels, and partnering with manufacturing and shipping departments.
- Manages orders requiring intervention to meet customer delivery dates.
- Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline order administration.
- Troubleshoots order fulfillment issues (allocation, stock-outs, EDI issues, workflow issues).
- Resolves shipment discrepancies and prevents recurrences.
- Processes orders within Commerce Hub for select accounts.
- Partners with internal departments for effective communication of changes and updates.
- Maintains department working documents for assigned accounts.
- Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum three years' experience in a fast-paced supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and long-term solution development abilities.
- Strong organizational, administrative, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to make independent, sound decisions and judgments under pressure.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with Oracle EBS applications.
- 1-3 years of experience with EDI order processing.
- 1-2 years of experience with Oracle Service Cloud.
- 1-2 years of experience with customer portals (e.g., Commerce Hub, SPS Commerce Hub).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,500 USD
