Full-Time Order Fulfillment Analyst

Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of domestic accounts from order receipt to shipment.

Interfaces with internal business partners to ensure orders meet customer fill rate and on-time requirements.

Communicates with external and internal customers, acting as a liaison for problem-solving, research, and disputes/resolutions.

1. Responsibilities:
2. Administers the order fulfillment process from receipt to shipment, including monitoring production schedules, reviewing inventory levels, and partnering with manufacturing and shipping departments.
3. Manages orders requiring intervention to meet customer delivery dates.
4. Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline order administration.
5. Troubleshoots order fulfillment issues (allocation, stock-outs, EDI issues, workflow issues).
6. Resolves shipment discrepancies and prevents recurrences.
7. Processes orders within Commerce Hub for select accounts.
8. Partners with internal departments for effective communication of changes and updates.
9. Maintains department working documents for assigned accounts.

1. Basic Qualifications:
2. Minimum three years' experience in a fast-paced supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
3. Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and long-term solution development abilities.
4. Strong organizational, administrative, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
5. Ability to make independent, sound decisions and judgments under pressure.

1. Preferred Qualifications:
2. 3-5 years of experience with Oracle EBS applications.
3. 1-3 years of experience with EDI order processing.
4. 1-2 years of experience with Oracle Service Cloud.
5. 1-2 years of experience with customer portals (e.g., Commerce Hub, SPS Commerce Hub).
6. Advanced knowledge of Excel.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,500 USD
