Full-Time Order Fulfillment Analyst

Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for managing daily domestic account operations, from order receipt to shipment.

This role interfaces with internal business partners to ensure orders meet customer fill rate and on-time requirements. Communicates with external and internal customers, acting as a liaison for problem-solving, research, and dispute/resolution.

1. Administer order fulfillment process: from receipt to shipment, including monitoring production schedules, reviewing inventory levels (on-hand/incoming), partnering with manufacturing and shipping teams, implementing best practices.
2. Manage timely & accurate intervention on orders needing attention to meet customer delivery dates.
3. Identify & recommend process improvements to streamline and standardize order administration processes.
4. Troubleshoot order fulfillment issues (allocation, stock outs, EDI issues, workflow problems).
5. Resolve shipment discrepancies and prevent recurrence.
6. Process orders within Commerce Hub for select accounts.
7. Partner with internal departments to effectively communicate changes and updates.
8. Maintain department working documents for assigned accounts.
