Full-Time Pack Line/Packer- Swing Shift

• Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hour
• Shift premiums: $0.50 (4pm-midnight), $1.00 (midnight-8am)
• Longevity premium: $0.25 after one year
• Attendance Premium: $0.25

Essential Job Duties:

• Cut chicken with hand tools (knives, scissors).
• Pack product into trays/bags.
• Label and arrange trays.
• Repetitive motions while packing, cutting, grading.
• Rotate through production areas.
• Place empty trays on the line.
• Inspect and grade chicken parts.
• Work in cold/hot environments.
• Communicate with team.
• Perform other duties.
• Follow rules and procedures.
• Work safely.
• Follow GMP and food safety procedures.
• Use hand-held tools.
• Bend, climb, stoop, stand.
• Lift between 3-80 lbs.
• Stand for long periods.
• Pass drug test and background check.
