Full-Time Paralegal

Qualifications:

• 3 + years of experience in family law/estate planning
• Knowledgeable in family law rules, regulations, and legal filing process
• Demonstrated attention to details
• Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in completing tasks quickly
• Possesses excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
• Meet deadlines and managing confidential information
• Highly organized and efficient work style
• Possesses strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in managing tight deadlines and handling sensitive information
• Proficient in using and navigating Microsoft Office, Adobe, and timekeeping software
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Review and draft legal documents relating to family law
• Collect and respond to discovery requests
• Serve subpoenas and other legal notices
• Establish effective communication with clients and relevant contacts
• Prepare for court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
• Ensure deadlines and calendar obligations are met
• Work in conjunction with family law and estate planning attorneys

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a paralegal within a family law and estate planning firm
Bi-lingual Spanish/English but not required
