Your CareerYou will focus on partner relationship management to achieve increased revenue, market share, and depth within each partner sales team. You will create and execute unique business plans with each potential partner. Your success will be measured by the joint business executed with each focus partner in your region.
You'll work with all levels of key Cortex partner organizations, focusing on long-term partnerships where everyone benefits.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute business plans to maximize partner growth.
- Ensure partners are well-positioned for successful customer implementations.
- Work with the team to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
- Design compelling value propositions to inspire partner promotions.
- Support partners in developing Managed Services using our technologies to increase revenue.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with partners to build strong partnerships.
- Conduct regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports and activity dashboards.
Your Experience
- Experience in Channel/GSI/MSSP Business Management, Channel Management, or Business Development.
- Selling XDR (MDR), XSIAM (SIEM), or endpoint security offerings.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development.
- Strong initiative, creative thinking, excellent presentation, written, and communication skills.
- Leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution.
Additional Information
- Building relationships with MSSPs, SI/GSIs, or Service Providers with executive experience.
- Hunter mentality with channel and end-user sales experience.
- Driving sales consultative selling or business development.
- Recognizing, analyzing, and acting on go-to-market approaches, marketing programs, joint value propositions, and business cases around strategic partnerships.
- Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills (customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, and technical management).
- Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities.
- Strong team player with a drive to lead initiatives, work across organizations, and structure approaches to new opportunities.
- Familiarity with application and infrastructure software is desirable.
- Regular travel will be required post-lockdown, including international trips.
