Full-Time Partner Launch Manager

You’ll join our Xplor Pay vertical and the team developing a complete range of payments solutions (point-of-sale, ecommerce, mobile, in-app, recurring billing, e-invoicing, auto-reconciliation). Reporting into the Senior Manager of Partner Launch, you will onboard partners and project manage the onboarding process.

Responsibilities include:

1. Understanding integration options, features, and benefits.
2. Understanding partner organizations (roles, stakeholders, decision-makers).
3. Understanding partner business models and go-to-market strategies.
4. Building relationships via recurring communication (calls/email/Slack).
5. Training partners on Xplor resources (Partner Home, Merchant Home, Virtual Terminal, Campus) for self-service.
6. Communicating product features and benefits to partners.
7. Introducing partners to Xplor teams and resources.
8. Completing the partner onboarding process (documented steps, tracking completion dates).
9. Ensuring successful integration certification and partner guidance through the beta phase.
10. Providing necessary documentation and training for handoff to the Partner Development Manager.
11. Identifying marketing opportunities for the Partner Development Manager.

Compensation:

Average base salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Qualifications:

• Payments experience
• Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, related)
• 2-5 years experience (sales, marketing, customer service)
• 2+ years managing ISV Partners (preferred)
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Salesforce experience (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft programs
