Job Details
You’ll join our Xplor Pay vertical and the team developing a complete range of payments solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Understanding Integration options, features, and benefits.
- Understanding Partners' organizations, roles/responsibilities, key stakeholders, and decision makers.
- Understanding Partners’ business models and determining go-to-market strategies.
- Building relationships through recurring communication (calls/email/Slack).
- Training Partners on Xplor resources (Partner Home, Merchant Home, etc.) to promote self-service.
- Understanding and communicating Product features and benefits to Partners.
- Introducing partners to relevant Xplor teams and resources.
- Completing the Partner Onboarding process.
- Successfully completing the Partner's Integration Certification and leading them through the beta phase.
- Providing necessary documentation and education for a successful handoff to long-term Partner Development Managers.
- Identifying potential Marketing opportunities for the long-term Partner Development Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Payments experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience managing ISV Partners (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Salesforce experience (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft programs
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: $65,000 - $75,000
- Potential monthly bonus
