Job Details

We are seeking a motivated leader to join the ServiceNow partner team to accelerate ServiceNow Business Partnerships growth. This strategic role requires sales, strategic thinking, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create & execute partner go-to-market plans to drive sales growth.
  • Influence internal & partner field reps to close deals & showcase partnership value.
  • Build internal sales leadership & account team mindshare.
  • Provide weekly pipeline reports, progress updates, & customer references.
  • Plan events & drive customer engagement with marketing.
  • Manage partner interactions & opportunities (GPC touchpoint).
  • Ensure partner strategy aligns with value selling & industry focus.
  • Generate new business in existing & new markets.
  • Ensure successful projects in defined territories.
  • Ensure ROI of partnerships by focusing on KPIs.

Required Skills:

  • Strong track record exceeding sales & partner targets.
  • Sound business acumen in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking with consulting & business strategy skills.
  • Experience developing & leading strategic partnerships.
  • Comfortable with complexity & critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, & relationship-building skills (multi-lingual).
  • Ability to work independently & with teams, across all levels.
  • Good political acumen, understanding of business, & identifying key decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to drive partner-identified revenue.
  • Experience working with multiple internal teams, clients, & partners.
  • Understanding of growing & sustaining businesses in competitive environments.
  • Willingness to travel within the AMS.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience integrating AI in work processes.
  • Located in TX, CA, or NJ.
  • 7+ years in direct sales, consulting, or alliance sales with successful development.
  • Experience with multiple geographies & verticals.
  • Experience working with multiple sales teams building the partner ecosystem.
  • ServiceNow platform knowledge (plus)
