Full-Time Partner Marketing Director (Remote)

McFadyen Digital is hiring its first ever Partner Marketing Director. We seek a passionate individual to establish new processes and drive partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Generating profitable revenue for the company.
• Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining relationships with technology partners to source opportunities and pipeline.
• Co-marketing: Driving co-branded marketing activities with partners across various channels (email, social media, content marketing, events).
• Partner Enablement: Educating partners on McFadyen's value proposition.
• Internal Enablement: Collaborating with internal teams to optimize joint selling and marketing strategies, and manage communications and training.

Additional Responsibilities Include

• Setting partner relationship goals and maintaining reporting metrics.
• Keeping abreast of partner organizations, challenges, and opportunities.
• Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy leaders to define and execute plans.
• Providing leadership and inspiring the organization for channel sales.
• Establishing KPIs for partner performance.
• Staying current on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technologies.
• Identifying new partnership opportunities and driving innovation.
• Driving partner engagement.
• Working with the business development team for outreach.
• Managing existing and creating new processes as needed.
• Requirements: A Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience in alliance and channel marketing, and experience with eCommerce technologies is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are vital.
• Experience with software partners (e.g., Mirakl, Adobe Commerce): is a plus.
• Experience with large systems integrators is a plus.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential.
