Full-Time Partner Marketing Director (Remote, USA)

McFadyen Digital is hiring its first ever Partner Marketing Director. We are looking for someone to break new ground, establish processes, and drive partner success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and propose a strategy to increase partner sales and awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology partners to source opportunities and pipeline.
• Drive co-branded marketing activities with partners.
• Engage with partners to educate them on the value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, strategy) to optimize strategies for partner revenue generation.
• Establish and maintain reporting metrics, tracking deal registration and payout.
• Stay informed about partner organizations, changes, challenges, opportunities.
• Define and execute near-, mid-, and long-term plans to drive partner revenue.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate partner performance.
• Track and report results for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Identify new partnership opportunities.
• Drive partner-driven and partner-influenced revenue.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing for partner engagement.
• Work closely with the business development team.
• Ensure training and certifications for partnerships are up-to-date.
• Assist with researching small company acquisitions.
• Manage and create processes as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in alliance and channel marketing or management.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing alliance and channel strategies, focusing on eCommerce technologies.
• Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, software delivery models, and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be strategic and tactical.
• Experience with specific software partners (Mirakl, Adobe Commerce/Magento, etc.).
• Experience with large systems integrators a plus.
