Partner Services Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assess partner services offerings and guide improvement.
• Engage sales, partner, and CBM teams for service attach opportunities.
• Align sellers for PANW/partner co-delivered opportunities for customer deployments.
• Consult APS/ASC program leadership for partner recruitment and training.
• Collaborate with ASC/MSSP teams on go-to-market strategy and best practices.

Key Result Areas:

• Partner training and capability for selling services.
• Ensuring customer success and solution maximization.
• Sales of Palo Alto Networks solutions with appropriate services.
• Partner follow-up for health checks, AIOps, and service/remediation sales.
• Tracking and reporting on service sales by partners.

Requirements:

• BS degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of sales experience in service consulting
• 3-5 years of channel/partner experience in service sales
• Strong understanding of partner profitability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High organizational and prioritization skills
• Proven experience enabling partners for service sales

Preferred:

• Experience in building manufacturer/reseller service organizations
• Experience with channel partner go-to-market strategies
