What We’re Looking For:
- 4-6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Culturally plugged in
- Proven track record of structuring and closing impactful deals
- Strategic thinker who can balance creative brand-building with sound business fundamentals
- Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and growth mindset
