Job Details

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for expanding Montu's prescriber base through strategic partnerships with healthcare associations, advocacy groups, and professional networks.

Focuses on:

  • Engaging organizations that influence doctors and allied health professionals.
  • Delivering unique partnership solutions that drive education, prescribing, and referral opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial and Marketing:
    1. Partner identification, engagement, and execution.
    2. Implementing, managing, and evolving the partnership strategy to support HCP acquisition.
    3. Utilizing data and partner insights to identify high-impact opportunities, inform targeting, and optimize performance.
    4. Identifying, nurturing, and strengthening relationships with high-value partners.
    5. Acting as the primary point of contact for partners, with end-to-end relationship management.
    6. Driving prescriber engagement and growth through tailored initiatives.
    7. Optimizing partnerships using a test & learn approach and analyzing success/profitability.
    8. Delivering measurable outcomes to support Montu's strategic goals.
  • Relationship Management:
    1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership execution success.
    2. Tracking performance and communicating impact across the business.
    3. Managing partnership budgets and tracking ROI.
    4. Ensuring attribution frameworks are in place.
    5. Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams for alignment.
    6. Building meaningful, long-term relationships.
    7. Structuring partnerships to support prescriber growth.
  • Compliance & Regulatory:
    1. Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., TGA).
    2. Maintaining an in-depth understanding of relevant legislation and industry standards.

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience developing strategic partnerships in the Australian healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of the Australian healthcare ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of successful partnerships.
  • Data-informed approach to partnership development and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with a range of partnership models.
  • Building credibility and trust with various stakeholders.
  • Modeling options, scenarios, and business impact.
  • Communicating strategic objectives into detailed channel strategies.
  • Organised and methodical in planning, executing, and reporting on campaigns.
  • Strong relationship building with cross-functional teams.
  • Navigating industry hesitation and adapting proposals.
