The Partnerships Manager is responsible for expanding Montu's prescriber base through strategic partnerships with healthcare associations, advocacy groups, and professional networks.
Focuses on:
- Engaging organizations that influence doctors and allied health professionals.
- Delivering unique partnership solutions that drive education, prescribing, and referral opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial and Marketing:
- Partner identification, engagement, and execution.
- Implementing, managing, and evolving the partnership strategy to support HCP acquisition.
- Utilizing data and partner insights to identify high-impact opportunities, inform targeting, and optimize performance.
- Identifying, nurturing, and strengthening relationships with high-value partners.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for partners, with end-to-end relationship management.
- Driving prescriber engagement and growth through tailored initiatives.
- Optimizing partnerships using a test & learn approach and analyzing success/profitability.
- Delivering measurable outcomes to support Montu's strategic goals.
- Relationship Management:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership execution success.
- Tracking performance and communicating impact across the business.
- Managing partnership budgets and tracking ROI.
- Ensuring attribution frameworks are in place.
- Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams for alignment.
- Building meaningful, long-term relationships.
- Structuring partnerships to support prescriber growth.
- Compliance & Regulatory:
- Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., TGA).
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of relevant legislation and industry standards.
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience developing strategic partnerships in the Australian healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of the Australian healthcare ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of successful partnerships.
- Data-informed approach to partnership development and evaluation.
- Familiarity with a range of partnership models.
- Building credibility and trust with various stakeholders.
- Modeling options, scenarios, and business impact.
- Communicating strategic objectives into detailed channel strategies.
- Organised and methodical in planning, executing, and reporting on campaigns.
- Strong relationship building with cross-functional teams.
- Navigating industry hesitation and adapting proposals.
