Are you a seasoned Payroll Consultant with a passion for precision and an in-depth understanding of Dutch payroll regulations? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Payroll Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage and oversee the complete payroll cycle, from data input to reconciliation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Dutch regulations.
- Compliance Management: Stay abreast of changes in Dutch payroll legislation and ensure that payroll processes align with legal requirements. Provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific payroll needs and provide expert advice. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve payroll-related issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records. Generate regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Dutch and English: Exceptional proficiency in both Dutch and English languages is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Payroll Expertise: Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, including a strong understanding of Dutch payroll regulations and compliance.
