Job Details
Application Management: Manage loan application process from post-appointment to post-settlement, ensuring a seamless experience for brokers, clients, and stakeholders. Include responding to client inquiries, assisting with loan packaging, tracking application progress, identifying follow-up actions, and liaising with lenders/internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Data Entry and Processing: Accurately input loan applications, borrower information, and data into the system. Ensure record integrity with meticulous attention to detail.
Document Management: Organize, scan, file, and retrieve loan documents adhering to procedures and regulations.
Customer Communication: Engage with borrowers, stakeholders, and partners to facilitate the loan application process, address inquiries, provide updates, and maintain positive interactions.
Administrative Support: Assist Australian brokers and stakeholders with tasks like scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports. Provide general administrative support, monitor emails, and keep everyone updated on application statuses. Assist brokers with valuation, pricing, and rate reviews.
Ad-hoc Tasks: May involve occasional social media monitoring and responding to client/stakeholder queries.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Australian Admin, Real Estate Virtual Assistant, or similar roles, with a financial service/mortgage industry background preferred.
Skills: Strong communication (written & verbal), proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), high organization and time management skills, multitasking ability, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills: Experience working with Australian clients.
Work Environment: Flex-first (work from home), but onsite work may be required.
