Full-Time Practice Lead, Data Science - Supply Chain

Accountabilities:

• Develop and lead the Supply Chain Data Science practice, focusing on client strategy, offerings, and growth.
• Drive client awareness of Data Science value, shaping solutions and building team delivery capabilities in demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, inventory optimization, and delivery routing.
• Client-Facing Business Generation: Advise supply chain clients on improving efficiency, reliability, and speed. Develop solution approaches, scope, and resources needed, ensuring ROI and outcomes.
• Offering & Accelerator Development: Define service offerings, standard project methodologies, and project accelerators for supply chain engagements. Partner with client management and marketing to create differentiating marketing assets, pitches, and thought leadership.
• Technical Solutioning and Oversight: Apply Supply Chain expertise in Data Science, translating concepts into technical solutions using statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, optimization, and Generative AI.
• Teamwork and Leadership: Mentor, manage, and lead by example. Manage project work, performance, and career development; provide constructive feedback.
• Recruiting and Development: Interview, hire, and train new employees for practice growth.
• Strategic Planning: Develop practice growth plans with milestones, dates, owners, risks, and contingency plans.
• Analytics Tool Development: Develop analytics tools and accelerators for high-quality supply chain engagements.

Requirements:

• MS degree in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years' professional experience in Supply Chain Optimization leveraging Data Science, advanced analytics, and AI.
• Strong problem-solving skills, data visualization for influencing, and comfort with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
