We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Field Marketing Manager - West to join our high-performing field marketing team at Nexthink.
This role, aligned with our West Coast sales team, is responsible for crafting and leading field marketing activities, pipeline acceleration events, and collaborating with the West Coast team to define the go-to-market strategy.
This position focuses primarily on new customer acquisition, closely working with sales to develop a strategy for a rapidly growing region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify fiscal-year demand strategy, planning and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to support regional pipeline goals.
- Act as a business partner to sales, driving marketing activity visibility, ensuring alignment on priorities, and suggesting adjustments for changing market conditions.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to monitor lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion.
- Research, recommend, and implement targeted marketing plans that leverage corporate programs, regional opportunities, customer marketing, and partner activities.
- Report on regional events, providing insights on optimization, business outcomes, and ROI.
- Develop and support the overall go-to-market plan in alignment with the global marketing team.
- Evaluate, select, and manage vendors contributing to regional marketing programs.
Required Experience:
- Proven success leading North American field marketing for high-growth B2B Cloud/SaaS software companies.
- Experience with creating, executing, and measuring/optimizing field marketing campaigns for new business generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Experience managing regional marketing budgets and processes.
- Experience planning and executing demand generation campaigns to drive top-of-funnel lead generation.
- Strong marketing project management skills for timely planning, execution, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders from various departments.
