Job Details

Description

• There’s no product quite like Limitless. There’s no turnkey system or playbook for solving the types of challenges we face. You will be a valuable part of a small and fast design team focused on helping us build amazing product experiences as we continue growing and refining our product on all platforms. • Some key design challenges include the following: • Privacy and transparency: How can we be most transparent with data we capture, how and when we capture it as well as provide as much user control over this data as possible? • Accessing information: How can we best help people find what they’re looking for—via search or by asking with AI—in a way that gets out of your way and feels like an extension of your OS. • Cohesiveness: How can we best design experiences unique to the platform and customer needs as we continue to expand to more platforms?

Requirements

• A strong desire to understand our customer needs, business goals and opportunities. • Excellent visual, interaction, and UI skills. You have no problem designing websites and apps from scratch. You can take a rough idea and rapidly explore several directions in high-fidelity. You have a portfolio of work or detailed examples showcasing your track record of working on best-in-class products. • Strong experience collaborating closely with software engineers in a fast-paced environment on a consumer-facing interactive application. You know that designs aren’t finalized in Figma, they’re finalized in code and you devote enough time and attention to getting details right in the finished product. • A strong sense of balancing craft and speed by understanding customer needs and business goals to deliver a cohesive, considered high-quality product. You know when to go the extra mile, and when to ship something today and learn quickly from customers. • Deep understanding of systems design and platform conventions, but know when it makes sense to respect the system vs challenge it. • Nice to have: Other creative experience such as icon design, illustration, 3D design, motion graphics, et cetera.

Benefits

• Health insurance: best-in-class healthcare for employees and dependents. Includes vision and dental. • Top-of-market compensation: we strive to offer top-of-market salary and equity. • Flexible vacation: we want you to take the time you need to rest and relax. • Employee-friendly equity terms: we offer an extended exercise window and early exercise for any options offered. • Sell equity along the way: Unlike most startups, we don’t believe in holding you captive with golden handcuffs. When there are opportunities for you to sell a portion of your vested stock, we offer them. • Remote first: we have team members all over the U.S. and everyone is treated equally regardless of location. • 401(k) plan: for US employees we offer a 401(k) plan with company matching. • Office reimbursement: prefer working from an office? We provide a WeWork membership or reimbursement. • Parental leave: we offer all parents 12 weeks of paid time off to spend time with their new family. • Quarterly retreats: we have offsites quarterly to bring everyone together. Past retreats include Seattle, Breckenridge, Calistoga & Mexico. • Final week of the year off: Enjoy the final week of the year off while we all take time to recharge. • Choose your gear: we equip everyone with a new top-of-the-line laptop with all the upgrades
