ServiceNow seeks a Principal Strategist for the Inspire Value team within Global Sales Strategic Accounts. This team focuses on enhancing customer experience and driving exponential returns for customers.
The role involves customer advisory (defining digital transformation engagements, leading discovery workshops, documenting insights and solutions, creating strategic roadmaps), sales and customer success advisory (collaborating on account plans and strategies), and thought leadership (developing new IP, improving frameworks).
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage executives to determine and manage custom industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements.
- Lead discovery workshops with customer leadership.
- Document and present insights and recommended solutions.
- Create deliverables like strategic agreements, multi-year roadmaps, and business cases.
- Communicate and advise in various settings (1:1 and 1:many).
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to shape account plans and strategies.
- Assess and prioritize accounts and strategies.
- Provide full lifecycle business outcome and value realization advice.
- Identify and drive the creation of new intellectual property (e.g., best practices, white papers).
- Improve current methods and frameworks.
- Enable ServiceNow teams on a business consulting approach.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience as a Management Consultant with cloud exposure, or customer-facing strategy manager with a technology vendor.
- Executive/leadership experience in digital transformation or enterprise software deployments (preferred).
- Experience in a major industry (Telco, Media, Retail) (preferred).
- C-level relationship building experience with ability to simplify complex topics.
- Public speaking, meeting facilitation, and whiteboarding experience.
- Strong customer connections in the region.
- High executive presence.
- Analytical and financial experience.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
Compensation:
Base pay: $162,600 - $284,600, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
