What Your New Job Will Be About

Your main responsibilities include:

• Identifying, creating, and performing test cases.
• Representing the business in refining new IT solutions as part of a scrum team.
• Analyzing and resolving system/process issues, including identifying root causes of failures.
• Maintaining and expanding knowledge of logistics systems and processes to support supply chain optimization.
• Documenting logistics flows and best practices to ensure operational excellence.
• Optimizing the use of logistics applications, identifying and standardizing best practices across Distribution Centers.
• Analyzing and recommending improvements to logistics operating routines.
• Communicating changes and new routines to relevant stakeholders.
• Participating in IT projects and documenting/communicating related business processes.
• Testing and implementing operation-based IT projects in logistics to achieve excellence at DCs.
• Representing logistics interests in cross-organizational IT projects.
• Participating in scrum events, including daily standup, iteration review, retrospective, and iteration planning.

What You Need to Bring

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics processes, IT systems, and project participation.
• Experience as part of an IT delivery team or similar.
• Proven experience in identifying, creating, and performing test cases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in logistics IT systems and tools, especially SAP EWM.
• Background in supply chain management, IT, or related fields.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment.
• Flexibility to support operations outside standard working hours when needed.
• English - communicative level (min. B2)
