The role
The Design team owns both brand and product experiences at Luma Health. We strive to create impactful tools that perfectly balance usability, scale, and delight.
As a Product Designer, you'll focus on creating meaningful products for our customers and their patients. Our users balance busy workloads — from the office manager trying to get a hold of patients, to the parent trying to schedule appointments for their entire family — and it'll be your job to craft tools to make their work easier.
What YOU will do at Luma Health
- Work with a specialized cross-functional team to conceptualize, design, prototype, test, and ship features for our patient-facing experiences, as well as our admin-facing experiences
- Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and workflows.
- Translate open-ended concepts into both long-term objectives and tactical needs
- Assist in measuring the impact of new features and how well they achieve their goals.
- Contribute to our design system, ensuring it grows as we do.
- Share and review work with fellow designers and cross-functional partners to continuously improve the quality of our products.
Who you are
- Have 3+ years of experience working for a product-driven company (SaaS experience preferred)
- Have experience designing business and consumer-focused products (Bonus for experience designing data-dense products)
- A diverse portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft intuitive experiences
- Have experience collaborating with a cross-functional team and giving/ingesting feedback in a thoughtful way
- Open-minded and confident championing the right solution
- Attentive to detail and always determined to push work to the next level
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities on a tight schedule
