Full-Time Product Marketing Director

Experian is seeking a Product Marketing Director to scale marketing efforts, boosting awareness and demand for industry-leading prospecting and marketing solutions (pre-qualified, pre-approved, and digital marketing capabilities).

Your Impact:

• Develop and lead a product marketing team to drive product demand, enable sales, and deliver satisfied clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to define the total value proposition.
• Manage a high-performing product marketing team.
• Create and refine compelling messaging.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute high-impact campaigns and sales enablement tools.
• Develop demos showcasing competitive differentiators.
• Develop strategies and tools to differentiate and defend against competitors.
• Analyze client journeys and pain points.
• Ensure insights are reflected in messaging and product development priorities.
• Track performance and optimize tactics to achieve desired outcomes.

Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of product marketing experience.
• 5+ years in FinServ/FinTech credit-specific marketing (digital, performance acquisitions).
• Experience with pre-qualification/pre-screened, pre-approved industry standards.
• Experience building, leading, and mentoring product marketers.
• Proven ability to influence and navigate executive levels.
• In-depth experience in all core product marketing functions.
