Full-Time Product Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. The Product Marketing Manager role requires a passionate Go-to-Market professional who will be a subject matter expert (SME) in our products and markets – with particular focus on the Canadian market - as part of our global product marketing team.

The ideal candidate has strong written skills, enjoys switching between tactical & strategic work, and is constantly focused on solving the problems facing our customers.

Our Product Marketing team works across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product to driving launch and net new sales to growing product adoption post-launch. What You Will Do:

• Market Research + Messaging: Lead the market and customer research for your territory; use research to provide direction; act as area SME; monitor and inform team on market trends; distill trends into insights; meet regularly with peers on product, sales, and marketing teams to solve market problems; create and circulate positioning briefs.
• Product launch: Work with Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing to build & execute Go-to-Market motion; create/improve sales enablement tools (proposals, collateral, case studies); support GTM teams through sessions; keep teams updated on market trends and product developments.
• Cross-functional enablement: Identify and drive functional/process improvement; ensure internal teams and prospects are informed on solutions; partner with Sales ICs and Sales leadership; create content that delivers customer value; support expansion sales process.
