OverviewWe’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between our AI freight automation platform and the market. You’ll define positioning, craft compelling messaging, and lead go-to-market strategies that resonate with freight brokers, 3PLs, forwarders, and carriers.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to accelerate adoption and ensure our customers understand the game-changing power of our AI-driven solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Go-to-Market Strategy – Develop and execute B2B SaaS GTM plans for AI-powered freight brokerage automation.
- Positioning & Messaging – Craft compelling narratives for freight brokers, 3PLs, and logistics providers, making AI solutions easy to understand.
- Sales Enablement – Build pitch decks, case studies, and product collateral to support the go-to-market team (with external contractors).
- Competitive Intelligence – Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Product Launches – Drive marketing efforts for new AI-powered features, ensuring alignment across sales, product, and customer success.
- Thought Leadership – Work with the marketing team to develop content strategy, including blog posts, whitepapers, and industry insights.
- Market Intelligence – Deeply understand customer pain points and buyer personas in logistics.
- Metrics & Optimization – Track marketing KPIs, refine campaigns, and optimize messaging.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, logistics tech, or supply chain automation.
- Proven ability to position technical products and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of AI, ML, or automation-driven SaaS solutions.
- Experience with competitive research & market intelligence in complex B2B industries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of compelling marketing materials.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with freight brokerage, logistics software, or transportation technology (a plus).

- Experience marketing AI/ML products.
- Background in freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain tech.
