Full-Time Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Resident products.
• Define product positioning and messaging.
• Communicate value proposition to target market.
• Drive product demand and adoption.
• Ownership of product catalog and website presence.
• Feature strategy and SKU management collaboration with Admin Product team.
• Merchandising strategy using data (product placement, sales, upsells, cross-promotion).
• CRM/Owned Marketing improvements for incremental revenue.
• Data-driven product placement in customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Growth/Marketing on off-site product sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably with a DTC brand.
• Relevant degree.
• Project management experience (Asana or similar).
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Resourcefulness and flexibility.
• Experience with sophisticated e-commerce companies (e-commerce/online travel/finance/software).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Product marketing and development experience.
• Understanding of market trends and product lifecycles.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and digital campaigns (preferred).
• Familiarity with project management tools and process optimization (preferred).
• Experience crafting compelling product stories across channels (preferred).
