Full-Time Product Owner / précomptabilité

What we can achieve together:You join our subsidiary Septeo Experts Comptables composed of 35 employees, and more specifically the R&D team of about 10 people. As Product Owner, supported by your manager Simon, our PO, you play a key role in coordinating the development team and co-constructing business needs.

Together, you are responsible for tracking sprints, specifying features, and the testing phase, while contributing to continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Your daily tasks:

• Pilot and monitor the work of two development teams.
• Participate in the co-construction of needs with stakeholders, including the mock-up phase (UX/UI).
• Break down and specify the expected features, ensuring their consistency with product objectives.
• Plan and organize sprints with a simplified agile methodology, adapted to the team and context.
• Coordinate the testing phase and deployments (setting up a test plan, tracking deliverables).
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and Monday.com for macro tracking of features.

You have solid first-hand experience as a Product Owner, in an agile and software environment. Marked by familiarity with the specification, mock-up, and testing phases.

You have knowledge related to our business environment of accounting pre-entry.
