Join a dynamic and skilled agile team as an Associate Project Manager at Momentus Technologies. You'll contribute to the design, development, deployment, and support of customer onboarding projects, gaining exposure to a broad range of services and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects using Momentus Technologies Project Management Methodology, from kickoff through successful launch and deployment. Own key project phases: Initiation, Kickoff, Discovery, Design, Build, Training, Testing, Launch, and Post-Launch. Track outcomes to identify necessary adjustments.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans; track progress; provide regular, accurate, and timely updates, demonstrating a strong drive to achieve meaningful results.
- Collaborate with functional and technical working groups and progress meetings. Clarify ambiguous information, instructions or objectives.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope project delivery; manage scope changes and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain thorough, clear, and organized project documentation, reports, and other written information. Apply established processes to manage project execution. Address challenges promptly and directly.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders; provide guidance and ensure engagement and motivation.
- Serve as the primary liaison with customers and internal project teams. Lead with curiosity to gain richer input from others.
- Support and facilitate meetings across the entire project life cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven experience in SaaS Project Management.
- At least 2 years in a billable role with utilization targets.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Experience with software integration projects preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
- Highly focused on customer satisfaction, quality, and outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong command of English.
- PMP or similar certifications are a plus, but not required.
