We are seeking an energetic individual for a key role in Quinsite's Comprehensive Healthcare Analytics Platform™ expansion. The Project Manager will execute, maintain, and manage new client onboarding and internal projects. The ideal candidate excels in organization, coordination, decision-making, communication, and relationship building.
New Client Onboarding
- Guide clients from contract to successful rollout, acting as advisor.
- Navigate client needs, transforming them into actionable rollout plans (scope, process flows, requirements, stakeholder communication plans, timelines).
- Handle challenging situations and solve rollout roadblocks with urgency.
- Serve as product Subject Matter Expert, guiding best practice decisions.
- Build and maintain strong client and internal team relationships through proactive communication, managing stakeholder communication plans.
- Manage, coordinate, and execute test plans.
- Identify ways to improve onboarding processes based on experience.
- Manage and mitigate project risks, preventing scope and timeline creep.
- Collaborate with development teams, managing daily stand-ups for timely onboarding.
- Ensure seamless transition to Client Success with clear documentation and knowledge transfer.
Program Management
- Embrace shifting priorities and solve complex problems with confidence.
- Proactively identify ways to streamline processes and reduce implementation timelines, collaborating internally.
- Proactively manage project documentation, capturing program outcomes.
- Take ownership of outcomes and demonstrate accountability for program success.
- Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels through strong communication.
- Communicate project statuses and program updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management, organization skills, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and be decisive.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proven track record of program management.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000
Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, 401k (with match), PTO (4 weeks) + Holidays, and parental leave.
