Role Purpose The Brand Category Leader, Speakers, HiFi is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Music Tribe’s disruptive product categories. This involves leading innovation in product development, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Operations

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to end of service, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Product Performance Management (P&L): Oversee product performance by monitoring P&L, driving profitability, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Customer Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in aligning product innovation with customer needs, delivering outstanding user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Product Portfolio: Extensive experience in managing complex, global product portfolios with a focus on disruptive innovation and market differentiation.
  • Commercial: Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitable growth through strategic product management and business development.
  • Technical: Solid technical background with expertise in translating complex technical requirements into market-leading products.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering results in a dynamic global environment.
