Full-Time Product Solution Manager

We are hiring a Product Solution Manager as part of the Dragonboat Product team focusing on guiding customers in using Dragonboat capabilities. This is a customer-facing role (80% customer interaction). Work with customers to build product activation/adoption roadmaps based on their maturity level.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with customers to create product activation and adoption roadmaps.
• Demo and guide power users on Dragonboat product setup and use.
• Guide customers on best practices for product operations, portfolio management, OKRs, and change management.
• Monitor onboarding and adoption to strategize engagement roadmaps.
• Work with sales, success, and support to prioritize feature enhancements.
• Drive continuous process improvement for product onboarding and adoption.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, product operations, program management, or similar areas.
• Change management experience (changing operating models, processes, or tools).
• Strong experience in product portfolio management and product operations.
• Agile product program management and PDLC experience.
• Client management/consulting/customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in common task tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (exec and team level).
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Outcome-focused approach to planning and prioritizing.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player, curious learner, proactive.
