We are hiring a Product Solution Manager as part of the Dragonboat Product team focusing on guiding customers in using Dragonboat capabilities. This is a customer-facing role (80% customer interaction). Work with customers to build product activation/adoption roadmaps based on their maturity level.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to create product activation and adoption roadmaps.
- Demo and guide power users on Dragonboat product setup and use.
- Guide customers on best practices for product operations, portfolio management, OKRs, and change management.
- Monitor onboarding and adoption to strategize engagement roadmaps.
- Work with sales, success, and support to prioritize feature enhancements.
- Drive continuous process improvement for product onboarding and adoption.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, product operations, program management, or similar areas.
- Change management experience (changing operating models, processes, or tools).
- Strong experience in product portfolio management and product operations.
- Agile product program management and PDLC experience.
- Client management/consulting/customer-facing experience.
- Proficient in common task tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (exec and team level).
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Outcome-focused approach to planning and prioritizing.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
