The Role:
We’re looking for a Product Success Manager to join our growing Product team. This is a mission-critical role at the heart of our business.
You will be the connective tissue between our internal product/design/engineering teams and the world-class experts (Talent Partners).
Your Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of Talent Partner launches, from onboarding and concepting to go-live and ongoing iteration.
- Be the bridge between product and talent by translating creative ideas into clear product briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination.
- Represent Aldea in high-touch, often sensitive client conversations.
- Gather feedback and shape roadmap priorities.
- Build scalable systems and playbooks for launching and supporting Talent Partners.
Requirements:
- Worked in a product-adjacent role (e.g., product ops, product marketing, client success, PSO, etc.) at a high-growth startup or creative tech company.
- Exceptional people skills, especially with high-profile, creative experts.
- Ability to turn ambiguity into process and vision into checklists.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, async, real-time).
- Understanding of digital product development.
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and unflappable.
Benefits:
- Work on a mission that matters.
- Collaborate with a passionate, interdisciplinary team.
- Shape a product and a company from the ground up.
- Flexible remote work and a culture of autonomy and trust.
