Job Details
Directs a team to produce timely and compliant proposals, including narrative, pricing, collateral, and final submission.
Builds strong working relationships with team members and contributors to foster a collaborative environment.
Ensures all timelines (internal and external) are met and all documents meet company standards.
Collaborates with leadership, operations, sales, and subject matter experts to design proposal responses aligned with customer goals.
Produces thorough, well-written, and compliant proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and ITBs.
Serves as lead writer/project manager for proposal and non-RFP projects.
Conducts research, analyzes data, and develops customized, persuasive proposals.
Reviews, revises, edits, and incorporates responses from contributors.
Provides guidance to the team on aligning priorities with proposal process, RFP compliance, company standards, and customer needs.
Facilitates decision-making when conflicts arise.
Aligns projects with company mission, vision, and branding.
Ensures alignment of narrative content and budget details.
Participates in quality and compliance reviews of department projects.
May act as point of escalation for guidance.
Involved in business development activities, contract rebid, and new business.
May facilitate initial bid decisions and post-award feedback to promote continuous improvement.
Presents information at meetings and conferences as needed.
Involved in training new hires and knowledge sharing.
Other duties as assigned.
Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) experience. Experience working in/writing proposals for healthcare organizations is a plus.
Preferred: Experience with document sharing systems.

Plus: Experience in operations and/or complex project management, team management.
