Upload part numbers for assigned vehicle families into corporate data systems.
Process documentation on changes or modifications to components (Change Notices) according to instructions.
Process work orders for laboratories/workshops according to tests.
Request and submit purchase orders for prototype parts.
Create documentation for component functional testing in assembly plants.
Coordinate parts shipping between supplier and assembly plant.
Release approvals for part validation.
Gather documentation regarding analysis and solving of functional/durability failures.
Lead release and approval of part development with suppliers.
Attend training and development to acquire required abilities.
Obtain product changes information, implementation dates, technical bulletins, standards, bill of material, and engineering graphs.
Creation and approval of Tool Kick Off (TKO) requests.
